My Speedo is a mobile platform that connects users (customers seeking services) with service providers (vendors offering services). Service providers register on the app and offer services based on their availability. Users can browse, book, and pay for services directly through the app.
To use the Platform, both users and service providers must register by providing accurate and complete personal or business information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Service providers must purchase a package or subscription plan to access jobs and earn through the Platform. Packages may have limitations based on time, number of job requests, or other criteria defined in the app. By purchasing a package, you agree to our pricing and refund policies.
Users pay for services via secure online payment methods. Vendors receive payments after service completion, minus any applicable platform fees. Razorpay is our third-party payment gateway. By using our payment services, you also agree to Razorpay’s terms and policies. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy (available in-app or on request).
We use your location (with permission) to match users with nearby service providers. Location data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All content, logos, trademarks, and data on My Speedo are the property of the company or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse content without permission.
